Teen Board application

Application to be a Friendship Circle Teen Board President & Serve on the Teen Leadership Board

This role is a privilege and responsibility. it us a big commitment and will inquire a lot of time. Keep this in mind when filling out the application. To serve on the teen leadership board you must fill out this form and submit by Wednesday August  7th.

Eligibility requirements to apply to become a Friendship Circle Teen Leadership Board Member. 

The following is a list of things you done in the past, prior to applying. 

1. Volunteered at a program 

You proved to be responsible, consistent, committed and displayed good communications. 

1. You have attended 7 programs through out the year.

2. You have attended teen events.

3. You have leadership characteristics.

4. You are Positive, Happy, Fun. 

5. You invited friends to sign up for friendship circle events.

6. You did something to stand out.

When I become a teen board member I will....

These are the requirements of what is expected of you when you become a board member. 

1. Continue with your volunteering. 

2. Attend all group events with a maximum of 3 absences .

3. Attend monthly board meeting. 

4. Help Pack and deliver Holiday bags. 

5. Be a leader & positive role model. 

6. Create a welcoming, happy and fun vibe. 

7. Bring in new teens to volunteer.

8. Think of ways to promote friendship circle .

9. Using your own talents, think of what YOU would like to do. (social media, contacting fellow teens, teen bdays...)
